Junior Paralegal- Workers Compensation

Job Description

An Atlanta law firm is looking to hire an experienced Workers Compensation Junior Paralegal to support a small group of attorneys. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience handling workers compensation cases in a fast-paced environment.

Our client has a very desirable workplace culture with a collegial atmosphere. The firm offers a strong benefits package that includes free parking, health insurance, and a retirement contribution. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience handling workers compensation cases
  • A bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing depositions, medical records, and other legal documents
  • Ability to effectively manage a large caseload and maintain a billable hours requirement
