Senior Paralegal- Personal Injury

Job Description

Connect Staffing seeks a senior-level Paralegal to join a law firm with a sophisticated personal injury practice. This paralegal will support a partner that handles a mix of plaintiff personal injury cases, including some more catastrophic injury cases. Ideally, this paralegal will be able to manage smaller cases independently.

This growing law firm offers a progressive office culture and competitive compensation packages. The firm works a hybrid schedule with 1 day/week remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing complaints
  • Calendaring deadline dates
  • Drafting and responding to discovery
  • Ordering medical records
  • Bates labeling
  • Preparing witness lists
  • Preparing trial binders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
  • Prior experience handling catastrophic injury cases is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
