A large law firm seeks a senior-level Litigation Paralegal for its Atlanta office. This paralegal will support the commercial litigation group with all phases of litigation, from inception through post-trial. Ideal candidates will have a solid litigation background and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation
- Manage organization and maintenance of case documents
- Facilitate discovery processes and prepare for depositions
- Conduct document reviews and productions
- Perform legal research and assist with law and motion practice
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Ensure compliance with federal and state procedural rules
- Assist with trial preparations and post-trial filings
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Bluebook and Trial skills
- Experience with trial preparation and courtroom assistance
- Proficiency in e-filing and litigation support applications
