A boutique law office in the Galleria area of Atlanta is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their team. In this blended role, you will be responsible for:
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working in personal injury, products liability, or a related area of civil litigation. Strong knowledge of efiling procedures and the overall litigation workflow is essential. Familiarity with legal databases, document management software, and electronic court filing systems is preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to grow with a reputable law firm in Atlanta and ditch the hectic commute. Firm is open to contract-to-hire and direct hire arrangements. Permanent employees receive a robust benefits package including 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and firm-paid health insurance.
Emily Preston wears dual hats at Connect Staffing. She is adept at managing our firm’s social media and marketing to raise the firm’s visibility and attract both candidates and clients. When she is not in her marketing role, Emily manages full-cycle legal recruiting from sourcing candidates to interviewing and matching them with new job opportunities and working with clients to facilitate the hiring process. Emily understands how complex and exhausting the job search can be and aims to simplify the process for both candidates and clients. Emily has a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University, holds an Associate Professional in Human Resources credential through HRCI, and is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional through the Digital Marketing Institute.
