Job Description

Connect Staffing is working with a nationally recognized personal injury law firm to find a stellar, senior-level Litigation Paralegal. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with medical malpractice litigation (plaintiff or defense). 

This boutique law firm has an excellent reputation in the legal field and a very desirable workplace culture focused on collaboration. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits. This position has flexibility to work remotely after a training period.

  Responsibilities:

  • Draft and respond to discovery
  • Schedule travel, conferences, and depositions
  • Coordinate with medical experts
  • E-filing
  • Coordinate the flow of electronic and paper documents, i.e., discovery, medical research
  • Assist in critical research for witnesses and defense issues
  • Assist with trial

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Prior experience working in personal injury and/or medical malpractice
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using MS Office, Adobe, Slack, and Mac computers
