Job Description

A Buckhead law firm seeks a Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator to plan and execute the Firm's marketing, social media, and public relations strategy to enhance the Firm's industry presence and client acquisition. Key duties include managing client relations, overseeing client satisfaction, and supporting business operations. This role involves creating content for various platforms, pitching to media, and developing innovative marketing ideas. Additionally, the Coordinator will direct the Firm's Academy program, organizing training and certification classes.

Duties:

  • Assist with business development planning and initiatives
  • Prepare blogs, press releases, white papers, speeches and more
  • Develop and prepare client newsletters
  • Assist with new client intake and conflicts checks
  • Create and strategize content for Firm's Academy program
  • Oversee development and updates for training classes
  • Assist with related special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a legal marketing role
  • Knowledge of law firm marketing best practices, strategies, and plans
  • Real estate marketing experience a plus
  • Experience with social media marketing including, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
