Connect Staffing is looking for Legal Secretary candidates with experience in defense litigation for an opportunity with an Atlanta law firm. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Draft, proofread, and edit various legal documents
- E-file and paper file documents with local, state, federal, and appellate courts
- Manage team and court calendars and update attorneys on scheduled events and deadlines
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and conference rooms
- Assist with travel arrangements when necessary
- Dictation/transcription
- Assist with trial preparation
- Maintain files
- Assist with attorney billing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a litigation legal admin role in a large law firm
- Experience in business/commercial litigation, premises/product liability, malpractice, transportation, or other similar areas of litigation ideal
- Experience with dictation/transcription
