Buckhead Law Firm seeks a Legal Receptionist to manage the front-office operations of the firm. The right individual will project a positive front desk presence, be client-focused, enjoy the customer service aspect of the position, and be willing to jump in where needed to assist others in the office. The receptionist is expected to be on site 5 days per week from 8:30-5:30 daily.
Duties include:
Candidates should have 1-2 years of general office experience. Law firm experience is ideal! High school diploma a must; college degree preferred.
Emily Preston wears dual hats at Connect Staffing. She is adept at managing our firm’s social media and marketing to raise the firm’s visibility and attract both candidates and clients. When she is not in her marketing role, Emily manages full-cycle legal recruiting from sourcing candidates to interviewing and matching them with new job opportunities and working with clients to facilitate the hiring process. Emily understands how complex and exhausting the job search can be and aims to simplify the process for both candidates and clients. Emily has a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University, holds an Associate Professional in Human Resources credential through HRCI, and is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional through the Digital Marketing Institute.
