Connect Staffing seeks Legal Assistant candidates with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate for an opportunity with a TOP Atlanta law firm. This role will support partner attorneys with various administrative duties as well as special projects.

Duties:
- Administrative duties: preparing engagement letters, opening new matters, submitting conflicts searches, drafting documents and correspondence, time entry, managing CLE requirements, and scanning/filing
- Coordinating invoice prebills, making billing edits, and submitting as final for distribution to the client
- Preparing FedEx labels, assisting with closing binders, notarizing documents as needed
- Providing back-up assistance to other Legal Assistants and colleagues
- Investigating inquiries providing timely responses
- Assisting with special projects as directed
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in commercial real estate processes
- 5+ years experience working in a legal administrative or secretarial role in a law firm environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
- Working knowledge of FileSite or iManage preferred
