Learning Management System Administrator

Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks an LMS Administrator for a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will perform user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment, forced completion of content objects, and assignment of alternate job codes. Hourly rate up to $36.55/hr based on experience.  Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor the feedback loop daily to identify any issues within the content or LMS. 
  • Documenting information on each reported incident to identify trends. 
  • Providing frontline e-learning tech support to users. 
  • Diagnosing issues and selecting the right mitigation, escalating when needed. 
  • Communicating professionally with users experiencing technical issues. 
  • Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information. 
  • Proactively sharing concerns and ideas with the FOP LMS team and making recommendations where appropriate. 
  • Working with the corporate LMS team to ensure system updates are communicated, tested, and supported. 
  • Building and maintaining LMS curricula, items, assessments, and content objects. 
  • Initiating ad-hoc reports for the Learning team and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of recent experience as an LMS administrator, specifically including modules related to users and e-learning content. 
  • Minimum two years’ experience providing frontline technical support to e-learning users. 
  • Preferred recent experience in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS within the last year. Learning SFX Accreditation is preferred but not required. 
  • Effective verbal and written communicator. 
  • Customer-focused with the ability to render professional support to frustrated users. 
  • Critical thinker able to triage issues, provide solutions, and identify trends. 
  • Self-starter who engages the expanded team to escalate issues as appropriate. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
